Times: Sundays, 8AM – 4PM (Game times may vary)

From 8U – High School
What’s Included:
All teams/athletes are required to practice a minimum once per week in Oceanside. (We all practice on the same field)
- We provide Jerseys, Flag Belts, and game balls.
- All divisions will compete for a championship trophies!
- All athletes will be considered for league awards.

Oceanside Flag Football is excited to kick off our Spring 2025 season, offering an action-packed, family-friendly league for players of all ages and skill levels. Age Divisions, January 1st Age Cutoff
- 8u – Birthyear 2016 or younger
- 10u – Birthyear 2014 or younger
- 12u – Birthyear 2012 or younger
- 14u – Birthyear 2010 or younger
- Highschool – Birthyear 2007 or younger
Coaching
All teams will be coached by parents. Athletes will be selected to rosters by parent coaches.
Game Rescheduling / Location
Teams will play 4 home games and two away games. Games may be schedule at any time between our scheduled permit time. Games may be delayed due to weather, coaching availability or league playoff brackets.
