Locations: Bay Park, East Rockaway | Hofstra Dome, Garden City
Dates: Sundays, June 30th – August 25th, 2024
Times:
- The Hofstra Dome: Sundays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Bay Park: Sundays, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Divisions: From 8u to 17u
Registration Fee: - Free Agent Athlete: $175
- Team: $1,750
Maximum Roster Size: 10 players per team
League Features:
- Jerseys, Flag Belts, and Game Balls provided
- Championship Rings for all division winners
- Consideration for league awards for all athletes
- Opportunity to qualify and compete in national NFL FLAG tournaments
League Format:
- 5 vs. 5 non-contact flag football
- NFL FLAG Tournament Rulebook will be used
- Coaches are only permitted to coach on the sideline (excluding 8U division)
- Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 6 season games
Age Divisions (Based on January 1st Age Cutoff):
- 8u: Birth year 2016 or younger
- 10u: Birth year 2014 or younger
- 12u: Birth year 2012 or younger
- 14u: Birth year 2010 or younger
- 17u: Birth year 2007 or younger
