- The Hofstra Dome: Sundays, 8AM – 12pm
- Bay Park: Sundays, 6PM – 10PM

- From 8uG to 17uG
Equipment, Prizes, and Awards
- We provide Jerseys, Flag Belts, and game balls.
- All divisions will compete for a championship including Rings!
- All athletes will be considered for league awards
NFL FLAG Regionals
- Qualify and compete in national NFL FLAG tournaments
LEAGUE FORMAT
Our summer league is focused on preparing athletes for the highest level of competition.
NFL FLAG Tournament Rulebook will be used.
- 5 VS. 5 | 5 players on offense, 5 players on defense
- Offense: 1 First Down. QB may not advance the ball. Runs are permitted on any down excluding within 10 yards of the first down, and 10 yards within the goal.
- Defense: All players may rush the passer BUT must be a minimum of eight yards from the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped. Any number of players can rush the quarterback.
- Coaches are ONLY permitted to coach on the sideline, excluding 8U division.
- Every team is guaranteed a minimum of (6) six season games.
Divisions
This is a 5 v. 5 NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football. Each roster may hold 10 players and a maximum of two coaches.
